Designed by our team of multidisciplinary professionals (architects, engineers, graphic designers, artists and entrepreneurs), Torio Hills is a different approach to rural growth. We used natural topography and wellbeing as our main compass to divide our 600 hectares of land into different areas: residential, ranch estates, sustainable commercial lots, an eco-sustainable town center and a private natural reserve.

The crown jewel of Torio Hills, this neighborhood will make it clear why our region of Panama is known as the Sunset Coast.

Private Nature Reserve


PRIVATE NATURE RESERVE



In order to preserve our stunning landscape and ensure that the area's rich biodiversity will be enjoyed for generations to come, Torio P&D, in collaboration with the Network of Private Nature Reserves in Panama, is currently in the process of creating our own Private Reserve, encompassing over 100 hectares of protected land.


This will become the first private reserve in our province. We hope that by doing so, we can inspire other areas to protect our hills and create a future for our children and their descendants.


This project is being coordinated together with environmental groups and the ANAM ( Autoridad Nacional del Medio Ambiente) authorities.


This is just one of many steps that we are taking in order to be the best possible caretakers for the land that we were given.
